Join the fun this week for Crested Butte Week. It's a yearly tradition in Crested Butte that should not be missed. Plenty of activities for all biking abilities. The costumes, crashes and decorations also make it a great event for spectators.
Wednesday, June 21st: Kick off bike week with a Summer Solstice Party. Ride your bike up Painter Boy to the Umbrella Bar, visit www.skicb.com/events for more information and to purchase tickets.
Thursday, June 22nd: Enjoy biking day camps with camps available for all ages and all abilities. http://griggsortho.com/performance/camps-2/summer-biking-camp/
Friday, June 23rd: It's the popular 2017 Chainless World Championship. That's right watch riders as they race down Kebler (please note Kebler Pass will be closed for part of the afternoon on Friday) without brakes!!! Most riders will be in costumes and many have uniquely decorated bikes. It's definitely a must see at the finish line, located at the end of Elk Street. Race starts at 4:20 sharp with a mad dash to find your bike and head down the hill without hitting your brakes.

Saturday, June 24th: Join EVERYONE for 24 hours of the Bridges of the Butte. Whether racing or enjoying a few leisurely laps, this race has something for everyone. This race is a great opportunity to show off your townie. Come on out and join the fun!
Sunday, June 25th: Enjoy a Biking Manners class and also a guided bike tour.
